Gayle Ann Holcomb, 67, of Marseilles, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at her home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, January 20 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Kris Zierke officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa.
She was born on November 27, 1954, in Morris, to Kenneth Sr. and Eleannor (Sampson) Lewis. On July 21, 2007, she married Richard Holcomb of Marseilles, who survives.
Gayle enjoyed playing bingo, singing karaoke and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Rick of Marseilles; one daughter, Michelle Budach of Marseilles; three sons, Gary (Sara) Budach of Ottawa, Nathan (Cheyenne) Budach and Jordan (Lucinda) Budach, both of Marseilles; five step-children, Angie, Paul, Richard Jr. (Amanda), Crystal and Lisa Holcomb; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sister, Melissa Lewis of Marseilles; and her brother, Kenneth Lewis Jr. of Ottawa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Victoria Lewis, Sherry Grieves, and Karen Lewis.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
Gayle has been laid to rest in the Garden of Prayer.
