Terry D. Thompson, 54, of Keene, NH formerly of Earlville, IL passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018 at University of MA Medical Center in Worcester, MA. He was born November 21, 1963 in Aurora, IL the son of Merritt and Karen (Summer) Thompson. He graduated from West Aurora High School. He loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, Merritt and Carol Thompson of Earlville, IL; four siblings, Frank Thompson of Tulsa, OK, Jeff Knoedler of Streator, IL, Cheryl McMurren of Earlville, IL, and Victor Thompson of Greenville, TN; several nieces and nephews, including Marcus, Vincent, Kyle, Alden, Ciera, and Faith.
He was preceded in death by his mother Karen, and one brother Bobby.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home 407 S. Ottawa St. Earlville, IL 60518, with Pastor Del Keilman officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Memorial Park Ottawa, IL. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at the funeral home.
Terry has been laid to rest in the Garden of Prayer.
