SERENA — Joanne Peek passed away at 3:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2013. Inurnment will be at a later date at Oakwood Memorial Park, Shrine of Rest Mausoleum.
Preceding her death were her two parents, Joseph Seaman and Lucille (Kimber) Seaman, of Ottawa; also two children, Debra Kay Peek and Russell Allen Peek, at birth.
Surviving Joanne are her husband, Russell Peek; her daughters, Donna (Peek) Rose, of Peru, and Diana (Peek) Cockream, of Joliet. Also surviving are five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, five sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews.
Per Joanne’s request, there will not be a funeral, wake or memorial. Please direct any memorials to Russell Peek at Box 151, Serena, IL 60549.
Joanne has been laid to rest in the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Sanctuary of Seasons.
