Harper Lee Sorensen, five and one half months old, passed away December 27, 2016.
Harper Lee was born at her home in Maple Park, Illinois on July 9, 2016 to Ashley Conrad and Nathan Sorensen.

Harper is survived by her mother and father; her brothers, Hunter, Hammond and Hayer Sorensen; maternal grandparents, Steven and Sheila (Bramel) Conrad of Aurora; paternal grandmother Cary Sorensen of Naples, Florida; maternal great-grandmothers Evelyn (Eisert) Conrad of Ottawa and Marie (Laatz) Carlisle of Joliet; paternal great-grandmother Corinne (Stahnke) Cherwonick of Aurora; paternal great-grandfather Robert Sorensen, of Naples, Florida; aunt Angela Dziedzic of Aurora, and uncles, Jacob and Caleb Sorensen of Naples, Florida, as well as many other aunts, uncles and cousins from the Naperville and Ottawa area.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather, Jerry Conrad; paternal great-grandfather William Cherwonick, and great-uncle Eric Sorensen.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2016 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois followed by a memorial service at the mortuary at 2:00 PM. Fr. Patrick Gillmeyer, O.S.B. of Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church of Aurora, will officiate. Harper will be buried alongside her great-grandfather, Jerry Conrad, in Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa. Private graveside services are planned for a later date.

Harper will be deeply missed and forever remembered in our hearts.
