Susan J. Arroyo, 63, of Ottawa passed away Friday, July 29, 2016 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice House in Peoria.
Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Ottawa Funeral Home with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Thursday, three hours prior to services, at the funeral home. She will be buried in Oakwood Memorial Park at a later date.
Susan was born December 9, 1952 in LaSalle to Fred and Darlene (LeBeau) Rosencranz. She married Ron Arroyo on October 31, 1980 in Morris, Illinois. She retired from Libby Owens Ford.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ron; two children, Joey Rosencranz and Shuki, and Jeff Arroyo both of Naplate; two step-children, Ron (Gina) Arroyo and Cathy Arroyo both of Ottawa; six grandchildren, Nathan and Gabriel Davis, Christian Arroyo, Tyler, Jordan, and Payton Arroyo; one great-granddaughter, Rachel Arroyo; her siblings, Jackie (Dan) Thomas of Deer Park and Fred (Pam) Rosencranz of Palermo, NY.; and her closest and dearest friends, Terry Haws, Joanne Nowak, Carolyn Jackson, and Glenda Bain; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials may be directed to her family.
Susan has been laid to rest in the Garden of Devotion.
