Frank H. Dilley formerly of Ottawa passed away June 28, 2016 in Bradenton, Fl. Inurnment has taken place in Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa IL. Brown and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory in Bradenton, Fl. was in charge of arrangements.
He has been laid to rest in the Garden of Inspiration.
