Darlene Thomas, 72, of Ottawa, died on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center. Cremation Rites have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
Darlene is laid to rest in the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Sanctuary of Seasons in Oakwood Memorial Park.
