Barbara Mark, 85, of rural Marseilles, died on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Rivershores Healthcare and Rehabilitation Centre in Marseilles.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 30, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Marseilles with the Rev. William Chormann, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the services at the church. Arrangements are through the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
Barbara was born on August 1, 1928, in Ottawa to Herman “Dutch” and Isabelle (Peddicord) Olsen. She was raised by her aunt and uncle, Bertha and Will Schuette of Brookfield Twp. Barbara was a 1946 graduate of Marseilles High School. She worked at Nabisco and Dan Jac in Marseilles until her retirement.
Barbara is laid to rest in the Garden of Prayer.
