Judith Carr, 86, of Ottawa passed away on Friday morning, January 30, 2026 at the LaSalle County Nursing Home.
A Private Visitation will be held at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
Judith was born on December 5, 1939 in Ottawa to Charles and Shirley (Bayer) Gamons. She married Philip Carr on November 29, 1959 in the First Presbyterian Church in Ottawa. Judy was a loving mother and wonderful grandmother.
She is survived by two sons, Philip (Nancy) Carr, Jr. of Hudson, IL and Curt Carr of Ottawa; grandchildren, Dr. Colby (Kensie) Carr, Matthew (Katie) Carr, Jordan Carr, and Alexis Carr; and great-grandchildren; Leo Carr, Remy Carr, and Lainey Carr.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Philip Carr, Sr., and her brother, Charles Gamons, Jr.
Judith was laid to rest in the Garden of Prayer at Oakwood Memorial Park.
