Joyce married Martin F. Stewart on January 7, 1967 in Ottawa, IL and preceded him in death.
Joyce was also survived by her children, Brenda Stewart Khan (Noorul), Brad Stewart (Iulia); grandchildren, Ahmed, Omar, Osman, Anisa, Alexis, Auston, John and Montgomery and his sister, Marsha Stewart Killelea (Kevin).
Joyce was laid to rest in the Tranquility Garden at Oakwood Memorial Park.
