Keith H. Severson, 85, of Ottawa, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, 20025 at the Mueller Funeral Home, Ottawa with Rev. John Walker, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Ottawa, officiating. Burial will be private at Oakwood Memorial Park, Ottawa. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Keith was born on June 9, 1939 in Ottawa to Marshall and Margaret Severson. He married Patricia Shanley on May 5, 1962 at St. Francis of Assisi in Ottawa. Keith retired from G.E. Plastics, Ottawa. Keith enjoyed golfing and riding his golf cart.
He is survived by his son, Kevin (Wanda) Severson of Mebane, NC; four grandchildren, Jacob, Brandie, Lexi and Kris; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one daughter, Suanne Smith; and two brothers, Roger and Dale Severson.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
Keith was laid to rest in the Garden of Devotion at Oakwood Memorial Park.
