Carol Ann Jugenitz, 88, of Ottawa, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
A private service will be held at Oakwood Memorial Park. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
Carol was born on April 4, 1937 to Allan and Mae Pray, who preceded her in death. As did her only sister June Buckingham. Carol married Donald Jugenitz in 1958 and he passed away in 2018 after 60 years of marriage. She was a graduate of Ottawa Township High School, class of 1955. She served as secretary for many Superintendents at OTHS during her 40 years there, until her retirement in 2000.
Pallbearers will be Devon Larsen, Chris Pagakis, Matt Pagakis, Mike Pagakis, Dave Buckingham, and Dan Buckingham.
Carol was laid to rest in the Garden of Devotion at Oakwood Memorial Park.
